Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at tterclavers@gmail.com with your order details.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom, made-to-order, and floral pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is created specifically for you and cannot be restocked.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find the best resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
