At TERCLAVERS, every detail is intentional — including the way we work with you. Below you will find our studio guidelines covering delivery, custom orders, subscriptions, cancellations, returns, and deposits.

Delivery

All TERCLAVERS pieces are prepared with care and shipped within 3–7 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary by location. For local Miami deliveries, same-day or next-day options may be available upon request. Fragile pieces such as floral arrangements and candles are packaged to preserve their integrity during transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been dispatched.

Custom Orders

Every custom project begins with a consultation. Pricing is determined by size, materials, complexity, location, and timing. A deposit of 50% is required to begin any custom order. Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has started. Timelines are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Subscriptions

TERCLAVERS subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the plan selected). Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with a minimum of 5 business days notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for subscription cycles already processed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking or preparation fee. Custom orders and event bookings cannot be cancelled once production or planning has begun.

Returns

Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on floral arrangements, candles, or custom pieces. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will work to find a solution.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom projects, event installations, and service bookings. The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable if the project is cancelled after work has commenced. For large-scale installations or brand projects, a full payment schedule will be provided at the time of proposal.
