Refund policy
At TERCLAVERS, every piece is made by hand with intention and care. Because of the artisanal and perishable nature of our products — candles, floral arrangements, and decorative objects — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Events & Installations For events and custom installations, we require a minimum of 30 days notice to confirm your booking. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and may not be accommodated. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date are non-refundable.
Subscriptions Subscription plans may be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for active subscription periods.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tterclavers@gmail.com with photos and we will find a solution.
