TERCLAVERS pieces are made to order. Because everything is crafted by hand, we ask that orders be placed 7 to 14 days in advance to ensure each piece receives the care and attention it deserves.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the nature of the order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For local deliveries or event installations, logistics will be coordinated directly with you after your order is confirmed.
