By placing an order with TERCLAVERS, you agree to the following terms. All products are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown — this is part of their artisanal nature and uniqueness.

Orders are confirmed upon payment. Custom and made-to-order pieces require 7 to 14 days of preparation time. TERCLAVERS reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe.

For events and installations, a separate agreement will be provided outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms.

TERCLAVERS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
